I want to give a shout out to my beloved cat Itty Bitty who died a year ago today. He was tragically hit by a car and I found his barely scathed body on the side of the road (should have seen the car). And thus, like any broken heart does, the gentleman lover and I, cried and drank dirty martinis while screaming at the world, the gods and the invention of the automobile.
Itty Bitty Dirty Vodka Martini
3 oz vodka
1 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz olive brine
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with an olive, and toast to Itty Bitty, the only cat I knew who could fetch.
Here at Worst Cook Ever, we love food and everything it has to offer. We’ve taken all expectation out of the glorious process of cooking. After all, creating deliciousness should be fun and exciting, one shouldn’t drown in the pressure to succeed! We drink wine while we cook and think you should too. There will be no pretentious filler, just straight talk on how to make something so good your toes curl, or simply get you in good with the opposite sex. This is cooking for life, and cooking very, very, well.

Ahhhh. That’s so sad. And he looks just like one of my cats, Tommy Ticklemouse. I’d be heart broken if anything happened to him.
I have a glass of wine here, so here’s to Itty Bitty.

Yes, I know what you’re talking about — and I am quite sure I spilled some on myself and the carpet. Thanks for the kind words, he’s smoking cat nip in heaven.

Now THIS is my idea of a kitty cocktail.
Cheers, Itty Bitty.

Aw, poor little kitter. So sad, I’m so sorry.
May I suggest that you add a little Tabasco to the martini before shaking? Adds a nice twist on a classic, then again I’m completely obsessed with Tabasco.
